We can imagine how excited you must be for this moment, which brings us to this page – our simple way of showing you where we are at in our editing queue and keeping you in the loop on when you can expect your film to be completed by.
We will keep this page updated as we move along so you can track the progress & ETA of your film along the way! We don’t take this honor lightly, and we hope you know your moments are safe and cared for with us (as if they were our own!) until we get to give them back to you.
We truly can’t wait for that moment, not only because it is our favorite part of the process with our couples – but more importantly because we love that YOU get to experience one of the best gifts you’ll give yourselves – the gift of memory, of reliving your most special day (and all the feelings and moments that made it so), and seeing your love, your story & your relationships on display.

We can’t thank you enough for your patience as we give your film stories the best of our time, heart & attention.
It is our deepest heart to create an heirloom that is extremely custom and true to you, full of story, meaning & soul – something that will give you new eyes for what is already yours and grow richer with time. We don’t outsource or take any shortcuts when it comes to this process, and we hope you find it was well worth the wait!
Please note that our estimated delivery dates are subject to change (as we may experience delays related to music licensing, illness, etc) – but we will always keep you informed here and work as hard as we can to get your films to you as soon as we possibly can!

(THE STAGES)
(i) PROJECT GROUNDWORK
Backing up your footage for safe keeping, organizing your film project, pairing all audio & visual elements together, categorizing every clip and handpicking all the key frames for the story, and building a custom playlist of song options to suit your style & the feel of your day.
(ii) FOUNDATIONAL STORYLINE BUILDING
Listening to every word spoken on your wedding day and pulling together the ones you’ll want to hold onto most, drawing themes and discovering the emotional tone and flow of your film, making music selections and weaving the foundational storyline together.
(iii) VISUAL STORYTELLING
Diving deep into the story by pulling together all of the moments to compliment the spoken word and adding visuals to enhance the storyline. Your film is coming to life!
(iv) FINAL TOUCHES
Making color corrections & adding our custom grading, perfecting transitions, revisiting all the footage to ensure nothing is missed and everything is in its right place.
(v) FILM DELIVERED & UNDER REVIEW
Check your inbox! Refreshing hourly is allowed. You’ll get a chance to review it just the two of you, take it all in, and let us know of any tweaks before it’s ready to share.
(vi) PROJECT COMPLETE
Cherish and celebrate your new heirloom. Share it with your people and then hold them tight. Rewatch for anniversaries to come, or any other time you need to find your way back.
